Dear Blake:
I want to take this opportunity to thank you and Darryl Riddle for the enormous help both of you were during the re-build after the fire. Darryl was a lifesaver by taking the load of managing several of the projects at the time that he did. His knowledge of building construction is extremely impressive. I realize, looking back, how understaffed we were for the amount of work that we had to do in the time that we had. That makes it even more impressive that the project turned out so well! We are extremely happy with the quality of the building. A lot of the quality decisions that Darryl suggested during construction are still paying off.
I hope we don't ever have to go through a fire like this again. I think we have effectively addressed the fire safety issues and put things in place to prevent a re-occurrence. Darryl and myself spent a lot of time learning about explosion prevention and the new system we put in place is working extremely well.
I would strongly recommend your company for anyone who had suffered a fire such as ours. Anything I can do for you or Darryl, just give me a call. Next time either of you are in San Antonio, please give me a call.
