Dear Blake:
Now that the restoration of our plant is coming to a close, I would like to take this opportunity to share some thoughts with you concerning the contributions of Reconstruction Management Company towards the successful completion of the project.
Being honest, when the services of RMC were offered at the beginning of the project, I was reluctant to accept them. At that time, I thought that was money being spent that was unnecessary. I am pleased to tell you that I was wrong. Your company has been invaluable in the successful completion of the project. Without your services, it would not surprise me if the project duration would have been extended by at least 2 months.
Additionally, I would like to offer a few comments concerning Darrell Quinney. Darrell has been great help to me throughout the project. He has always been most courteous, diligent and professional. I have come to respect his advice and counsel and depend on him heavily. I will regret his final day on the project. He is definitely an asset to your company and his profession. I would highly recommend the use of RMC's services and Darrell to other organizations facing similar challenges that Peachtree Doors and Windows experienced following the tornado which struck our Norcross Manufacturing Plant on April 9 of this year.
