With the restoration of our manufacturing facility coming to a close, I would like to take this opportunity to share some thoughts with you concerning the contributions of Reconstruction Management Company towards the successful completion of the project.
As the restoration project manager for Peachtree Doors and Windows, I was faced with significant challenges in this project. Throughout the 8 months of the project, RMC offered valuable support and assistance in this effort. More than once, RMC's representative, Darrell Quinney, offered advice and consultation in areas that prevented mistakes from occurring and saved both time and money. Darrell was very easy to work with and was most professional throughout the process. Because of constraints on my time, Darrell was invaluable in dealing with the general contractor and their subcontractors. There is no doubt in my mind that, without RMC's services and Darrell's efforts, the restoration of our facility would have taken up to 2 or 3 months longer and would have been significantly more expensive.
I would highly recommend the use of RMC's services to other organizations facing similar challenges that Peachtree Doors and Windows experienced following the tornado which struck our Norcross Manufacturing Plant on April 9 of this year.
I felt it was necessary for me to share with you the above comments. It was a pleasure meeting you several months ago and hope to have the opportunity of meeting you again before the final insurance claim is settled.
